Kelly was raised in South Carolina with her two older sisters, Kaitlyn (and Carolyn) and her mother, Carolyn. Kelly isn't revealing any details regarding her parents (names and occupations) however. Growing up she would often attend sporting events with her father, such as the baseball game, which led her to fall in an obsession with the sport. When she received an offer for an employment opportunity, Kelly joined the ACC Digital Networks. She began working as a sports-related news reporter, while also doing interviews for the show "ACC Kickoff", aired on Saturdays. From 2013 on, she was with the company, where she also participated in the "ACC NOW" show. Following her time with ACC Digital Network, she became an Fox Sports Florida sideline reporter. Thanks to her hard job, Fox Sports Sun recruited her to report on the Tampa Bay Rays', Orlando Magic's, and Tampa Bay Lightning franchises. She was a reporter on the latest news and also other details regarding the clubs.
